課程概述 |
The vast space between the stars either in our own Milky Way or in other galaxies is not empty but filled with gas, dust, and radiation, which is the so-called "interstellar medium" or ISM. This graduate-level course is to introduce the nature and the observational diagnostics for the physical and chemical properties of the diffuse ISM. See the tentative syllabus for more details. |
